As soon as I arrived on the ward I was treated with respect, kindness and good care by all the nursing staff and every other worker on the ward. Bev and Vikki especially were very helpful.

Nurses are very friendly and nothing is too much to ask. Made my stay much better when you are away from home. Consultants were nice and gave good information on my symptom. Things to be improved: Long waits on IV drips because of nurses chasing doctors.

I cannot fault anything that has happened to me during my stay, the assistance, care and service shown by all staff has been better than most 5 star hotels I have stayed in, you cannot improve on perfection. Thank you for everything.

The paramedics were really very nice, and the staff at A and E were very pleasant and treated me very good. They all do a great job. Thank you.
