Nursing Staff looked after and treated my irrational and aggressive son. They took time to talk and listen to my concerns and were aware of his problems and reacted in a very positive way. After two further visits related to the initial incident my son was recognised and dealt with appropriately. I can not praise all Staff in A & E enough especially Nurse Louise.
