After a pregnancy ultrasound showed that I had suffered a missed miscarriage the treatment my husband and I received from the hospital staff was fantastic.
We had our hands held from start to finish and our care couldn't have been any better in our opinion.
My pre op and medical procedure were arranged on the day of our visit to EPU so we knew exactly what was happening and when.
The staff were supportive and kind from start to finish and all introduced themselves to us by name.
My morning spent in the outpatients department was very comfortable. We were given a side room where we could have some privacy, much needed under the circumstances. It was comforting that my husband was able to stay with me.
Neither my husband nor I have ever visited the Countess of Chester Hospital in all the years that we've lived in Chester. We've learned what a great facility we have on our doorstep.
Thank you
