Finally got a good doctor, but the high rate of turnover with GP's here in recent yours has been a problem.
More staff training needs to be provided on reception and more attention needs to be paid by the prescribing team and doctors when issuing repeat prescriptions.
Doctors (some) need to listen to patients, more, and understand that we sometimes know our conditions better than they do.
(My most recent G.P visits have been great).

I was made to feel totally relaxed, and I therefore had my problems in informing my doctor as my problem and in discussing the situation. Will always attend this surgery. Thank you to all the doctors and staff who all have made things easier for me.

I have not the slightest complaint about the way I have been treated. Everything has been carefully explained to me and new ideas have been mention. Kate has been like a breath of fresh air and I have every confidence that she is trying to find suitable solution to my several problems. All I can say is Keep going along to present path.
