I found my appointment with the specialist respiratory nurse to be of a lot more value than any of my previous consultant appts. She was friendly, made me feel at ease immediately and felt she had a real understanding of the situation. She explained things better to me- about the condition and various medications and worked together with me to plan inhale usage etc when I'm feeling worse. She also tried to make next appt at location and time more suitable to me. Improvement- length of time waiting for appointment, it was 40 minutes late.
