Would prefer fixed times for visits. Pleasant staff. Happy with service overall. If need to leave a message to cancel or notify the nurse of anything important. Can be difficult. Shiftboard pass on messages to the office - some occasions message didn't get through i/c mailboxes other end full. Can this be improved?
Noted the odd occasion my mom's blood sugar was recorded as declined - but when asked mom why she declined - she stated not asked! Comment added by relative.

- Encouraging, wonderful staff.
- 1 to 1 attention given to those that need it.
- Knowledge base of staff very high.
- Your treatment plan includes your setting so you can see more clearly that you are getting better.
- Staff care about each individual patient.
- Arm group involves individual work and aimed to improve each person's weaknesses.
- Include everybody - if people are struggling they can sit out, have extra help, and are encouraged when they are getting better.
