Community Services - Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust

Had a health visiting appointment located at Brace Street Health Centre. On arrival, there was no reception and no check in process. Signs saying take a seat was not sufficient. There was no explanation of what was happening. We had no idea if the clinic was running as our appointment went over time. Nearby GP and Dental staff said they dont deal with 'Manor patients' so who were we supposed to go to? We were left in an unattended waiting room without support and guidance. Why hold clinics here if there is no adequate staffing? This raises questions about patient safety.

Staff very kind except for one nursing assistant who was very rough with me.

My mother was treated very well by all staff. No problems at all. 10/10!!

Treated like a piece of meat. Would never visit again.

Maybe the information pack should have been given when leaving the hospital as no information given on Tuesday when leaving hospital.
