We were transferred to Manchester NICU, the follow up care when we returned home was brilliant. A community midwife was with us the following morning.
Our care in Manchester was also good, I had a midwife appt there that was arranged back in Lancaster before I was transferred and they called to check, I had been seen once transferred home.
The health visitor Lesley Duncan was in touch when we were in Manc and came when when we were home. Her support has been fantastic.
