Unfortunately the Physio is moving to Leamington which is a lot further away. Jade was very helpful though and said she can refer me to another specialist in Alcester. However I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise so I am moving my card with her to Leamington

No physio is offered to the children.

Children with disabilities who clearly would benefit from physio should be offered weekly therapy.

Firstly, a huge thank you to our health visitor, Penny, who has gone above and beyond to make my experience as a first time mum a wonderful one. She listened, advised and supported my husband and I with a number of worries that all first time parents experience; nothing was too minor! From the first home visit, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable. Penny was efficient and knowledgeable putting us both at ease. Penny was excellent with our daughter and made a real effort to get to know us as a family. Penny signposted us to a range of local groups and clinics of which I have found useful and has also called recently to see how our daughter was getting on. We can’t thank you enough!

Obviously we had a bit of a hiccup in the system when it turned out that the request for CERT's had been deleted from the system. Once we placed a phone call and spoke with Virginia (aka Vicki) her efficiency and attentiveness was second to none. Vicki has taken great care with all of my needs and ensured that I had the right equipment to ease and enhance my recovery. In a short space of time I have gone from bedridden to being trained to use a 4 wheel walker. Vicki deserves recognition for this alone.

First time visiting the clinic to have my daughter weighed. All the team was welcome and friendly to both myself and daughter. Relaxed atmosphere.

Parking is a little issue.

Beccie welcomed us into the building kindly and respectfully. She made everything so clear and spoke with clear language and made everything simple to understand. She had a whole range of toys on offer for my daughter to access whilst speaking about her development. She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter
