Firstly, a huge thank you to our health visitor, Penny, who has gone above and beyond to make my experience as a first time mum a wonderful one. She listened, advised and supported my husband and I with a number of worries that all first time parents experience; nothing was too minor!
From the first home visit, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable. Penny was efficient and knowledgeable putting us both at ease. Penny was excellent with our daughter and made a real effort to get to know us as a family.
Penny signposted us to a range of local groups and clinics of which I have found useful and has also called recently to see how our daughter was getting on.
We can’t thank you enough!
