Midwife is brilliant (Rose Joy) really helpful and friendly.
Jayne Moore has been really helpful and professional and answered all my questions.
I found I had good care and was given information when needed which has helped me.
I received good care from Jane Moore, I am extremely happy.
I received good care from Jane Moore.
I am extremely happy.
I found the consultant limitations and did not want to listen to what you had to say. She just wanted to put her side over (U-back is best). Midwifes excellent.
- Consistency of treatment with same team member - built trust and good relationship.
Negative.
Lack of communication between departments regarding policy changes caused some stress at the end of my pregnancy.
Was given good care and lots of information and help.
- Regular contact especially breastfeeding support.
Friendly service, I felt postnatally midwives would come as often as required and I felt assured I could ring.
- I really think I and others would be open to more support especially after 1st few days if a more accurate time could be given for visit.
Freedom to book extra appointments if needed. It would be better if the correct phone number for maternity assessment unit was given on notes like in my first pregnancy as whenever I've needed the service I've had to respect myself at least 3 times and always end up getting transferred there anyway!
