The surgical treatment I received was first class.
The physiotherapy department was patchy. Generally caring and understanding the treatment did not always follow what was described at the hip clinic, and not all therapists picked up on me being only "partial" load bearing.
The real problem was the day of discharged. It was unclear who was responsible for my release. My doctor said I was ready to go but nursing staff kept wanting more and more information on my bloods. As a result when I was released I was at the back of the queue and the last to be discharged at 5.30pm.
