Sam Smart has a wonderful approach - talking clearly with myself and also engaging my 4 year old daughter. Sam thinks of all the details and angles and listens to our concerns and provides amazing support and solutions. She makes you feel calmer when having to navigate an unfamiliar and stressful process of supporting my daughter's growing disability needs. She is accessible for contact and questions. My daughter also loves seeing her. OT as a whole are responsive and organised. Great service.

Charlotte listened to me while always putting my daughter first, she gave help even when issues raised were outside of her remit. Charlotte Cheesley also followed up even after we had been taken off her list to ensure we had been picked up by the next service, this is the first time this has happened in 14 years of accessing help, she actually showed she cared through her actions, I can’t give higher praise than that.

Unfortunately after waiting years to access the service my daughter’s focus had changed and it is hard to implement a regime when her thoughts were elsewhere.
