All the staff were super friendly and really listened to what we needed upon discharge from hospital. They supported us daily and without their input we would either have had to go to the JR daily or been totally lost

The CNN team were really supportive and helpful whenever our baby took poorly. They helped my visiting daily to give injections and then demonstrated how we could administer to allow us more flexibility. They were really responsive whenever we had the wrong equipment or more stock was needed.

Pt's carer gave feedback ‘ Valentina was brilliant; caring and thorough. She could not have done more. She prescribed antibiotics, she had to visit again as the first lot didn’t work but hopefully that should work now.’

Pt's daughter gave feedback ‘ We were so happy with the service Alice and Kirsty provided. My mother was in so much pain, she needed to get out bed and the equipment and care that they organised really helped. We wanted to pass on out thanks, we really appreciated what they did. Everything they organised helped so much.

We didn’t get the results of the blood tests which was really important. I tried to find out how to get them and was told to call the hospital and they said there was no record of tests. In the end my doctor came out and gave her some antibiotics for her infection. We still want to know what the results were though.

Pt's wife gave feedback 'Nadine was very good, kind. He was on a new epilepsy drug and the consultant had said it was taking time to adjust with interactions from the other drugs. She advised on dropping water drugs and getting a DNR form sorted with the GP. Hes been up and down in his health but slowly seems to be improving.'
