Very pleased with service. Very happy with Emma and she is very good. She has great knowledge and helps her understand the importance in taking her tablets which she is struggling with. She is very calm and caring. very informative and caring. Very grateful for this service.

Thoroughly enjoyed visits. Comforting to know they are there to help and support. Like a comfort blanket. Very frightening to have heart failure and the nurses make you feel at ease and well supported. You can contact if there is a problem and know they will get back to you. An absolute pleasure to be under this team and you get help with every hurdle you come across.

Thorough assessment, full explanations, relaxed atmosphere

The room used to conduct the assessment was not well ventilated and felt a bit cramped. Not terribly conducive for a mental capacity assessment.
