Make sure all staff are doing what they should be (there are a couple who aren’t helpful and maybe need more training or something).

I would prefer my treatment to be more individual and less general approach, however I understand due to my history this may be difficult. I think based on the funding and facilities Marlborough house has at the moment, they’re doing the best they can.

Exceptional support, explanation, advice, common sense and kind help from Jan Turner-Wilson today. We learned a lot and the suggestions Jan made will make life so much easier and a lot better. She really listened, was reassuring and gave lots of tips and guidance. She was thorough with great attention to detail. Jan is a tremendous asset within your team. We very much appreciate her support.
