[name removed] has been so helpful and really supported us through endless issues with our babies health, she kept us on much longer than she probably needed to, to ensure we were happy with how our baby was doing, this is my fourth baby and never have I seen support this good from any health visitor in my 15 years of being a parent, it’s such a nice change to see, non judgemental and really supportive.

No, the communication now between health services is so much better, [name removed] was able to leave tasks for the GP for example, so much better.

We called up this morning to book an appointment for our daughter as instructed by the GP yesterday and we were met with a very rude and unhelpful person.
Everything seemed too much effort for them and they really didn't want to help ending in referring us to the Corby urgent care centre who said they don't treat that issue.
