The overall service was very good, however, there was no prior notification regarding the fact there was no reception desk, as such it was unclear whether we were in the correct location and what next steps were. We sat and waited in a very cold waiting room and were then greeted by one of the nurses who was very pleasant.

No one haa spoken to me, I have been in here an hour, 3 people are sitting and laughing in the office right in front of me, I tried to take an overdose, I dont think this could make ne feel any worse

Lovely nurse. My daughter was terrified and upset and was very understanding and patient with her which ended up with her having the jab.

It's still early days so it's tricky to give a full review. However, the counselors seem great, all staff sensitive and supportive. Really very grateful this facility exists, bit if a life saver in my view

The large open room is a bit intimidating for people with anxiety. Might it be possible to change this with a few mobile screens so there's an appearance of more privacy?
