I was told that the team were too busy to answer my questions, and as I am over 16 weeks pregnant, to speak to the triage team over the phone. I just felt fobbed off, that my opinions and thoughts didn't really matter. I just wasn't listened to.

Just to take the time and acknowledge my worries. No one should feel rushed off with unanswered questions when you already feel in a highly vulnerable and emotional state. Although I had to wait 15 mins in the queue for the triage team, I felt I got more from that conversation than I have at CBR on any of my appointments.

Went in on 25th to have my little girl, birth didn’t go as expected at all and I was left very disappointed and upset by consultants and doctors, however Leanne, Carley, Lauren, Anne and Zoe are all absolutely lovely ladies and I couldn’t ever fault them, all are very reassuring and comforting. Leanne and Carley have been my midwifery support from the very start and I couldn’t be more thankful! You are in safe hands in any of these ladies care!!

Different night staff was poor, multiple times I had to ring my bell to remind them of my medication being due. During the nights I did feel like I was just left.

Was surprised those quickly I have been treated and how good the consultation was. Unlike in Cheshire from.where I have moved I was treated respectfully and not made to feel as though I was wasting their time. The fact that I'm also going to be seen regularly without having to bed for an appointment makes life much easier.
