It was an extremely difficult time for me and I thought my hand would never get better. Thanks to dawn my physio she preserved with me and encouraged me to do the exercises I needed to do. My hand has almost fully recovered and that is down to dawn. Dawn makes you feel relaxed so you are able to endure the pain. I can't think of anything to improve this is an excellent service.

I received excellent care and offered regular appointments following my fractured wrist. The physiotherapist was very helpful and gave me confidence when doing the exercises. This was my first experience of physio in the NHS and I cannot fault it.

Excellent understanding of problems and all fully explained. Achievable exercises and confidence building. Only problem was with a mix up over the time of the appointment 9 am was requested but told not available until 9.20 on arrival told it was booked for 9 am staff are very helpful to rearrange.

I cannot praise the staff enough for the help and encouragement they have given me at a time of great anxiety, when to me, my future seemed rather bleak. The nursing team gave me all the required check ups, answered all my queries and it was a pleasure to meet Ute and Maeve. All of the physios and OT's provided a very professional service, turned up on time and it was great to get to know all of them special thanks to Kath, Claire, David, Phil and Pete for their kindness and support. The service provided is truly excellent and in my opinion cannot be bettered. Congrats to all for your dedication to our wonderful NHS.

I was referred to the heart failure nurse as I suffer from a bad heart. I have been treated by them with great kindness they listen to what I have got to say if can ask questions and they give me a straight amount if they can, they are helping me as much with my tablets and health care. They always have a smile in their faces which is so nice. They put me at ease when I am in with them. I do everything they ask me to do. They are a credit to the NHS of cause they are overworked and underpaid. I can never thank them enough for what they are doing for me here and in the future I have no problem putting my name on here.
