Very disappointing wrong equipment issued, appointment cancelled at short notice, promise of being contacted later in the day - never happened. Absolutly disgusted with the whole situation. I have been left in limbo. My age is one concern, but it should not happen to anyone at any age. Do you care.

Because people who hava a history of mental illness, the chances are very high that and other ailments will wrongly fall under the wrong umbrella. It so easy to say anxiety and to blame every other ailment on that simple diagnosis ???. The island home treatment tram are exceptional and competent in what they do. They trick all the boxes

As an impatient , I found every body to be kind and helpful and caring I did find that there was little in the way of activities that appealed to me, although I appreciate it’s not a holiday camp I felt sorry for the senior staff who are overstretched in what they have to do and whilst on the ward spent a majority of their time on the computer either reading or responding to emails The home treatment representatives who visited me were excellent and couldn’t be faulted,

Nothing could be improved - the 2 ambulance men were very efficient and kind and nothing was too much trouble.

Nurses and doctors were very good and the physiotherapist were outstanding. My thanks to all of you.

I was very grateful for the kindness and encouragement of all members of the team who attended me.

My care was brilliant by everyone in the team.

All members of the C.S.R.T who visited me were kind and gave me excellent treatment. They were also very efficient in arranging banisters for stains and various grip handles so that I could go everywhere in the house. I would like to thank everyone concerned for their encouragement and patience in getting me on the move again. Thank you.

The care that was given to the patient was so good that I can't thank everyone enough as far as I am concerned the care he was given cannot be improved. My thanks to everyone.
