I am filling this form in for my mum as she can't write her right hand. The community stroke team were great. They helped my mum to get back on her feet and feel more confident in everything she can do. They were all kind friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to help my mum and were very good to all the family. I can't believe what they have done in the last up even months and they never gave up even when mum was down in the dumps. Well done team to clare Kathy, and all of the team you are the best. Thank you.
