I was overwhelmed by the care given by the team. Everyone was so caring and considerate for my disabilities. I have really benefitted from the advice and assistance given by the lovely members of the team and would recommend anyone in my state and disadvantaged. The team never missed a visit. I even came out walking in the rain (thank you Lisa). I think every hospital should have a similar team in place.
