I was treated by Fiona who was very kind and caring. She took time to talk through and explain my treatment . I could tell that she was very sincere and compassionate about her work. She did her best to improve my condition and tried every different avenue and range of exercises.

Fearne was nervous and cried when she got back in the car but I think she was just overwhelmed.

We were told that Fearne needs to be referred by the school to the educational psychologist. Since we’ve been home we have contact the SENCO and they have said they can’t refer Fearne. So now we feel like we are back to square 1.

Very efficient service. My designated mental health nurse has always been very polite and friendly. She has listened to my concerns and dealt with them in a very caring and professional manner. She has dealt with, and reported back on any issues I have raised and has been very punctual with planned phone calls.

The only problem I have encountered is the inability to make more direct contact when I have had to cancel a pre arranged phone appointment at short notice. Contact via my doctor’s reception team has not been easy at time and I have not felt totally confident the message has been relayed, to the correct person, in the most efficient manner. I did speak about this and she did say that there may be plans to make direct contact with your team a possibility at some point.
