I received excellent counselling. I was treated with empathy and respect throughout the sessions.

Cara is a compassionate and professional MHC. She supported me as I transitioned into my new home, I can't thank her enough for the perfect timing of her support.

This is my second time using this service and I can’t express how grateful I am, Michelle has been a inspiration so positive, encouraging and has shown me my worth and strength that I never knew I had. I would highly recommend this service to everyone, thank you for everything for showing me there is light at the end of the tunnel and life is worth living. Michelle you are a true inspiration and such a lovely person and again I can’t thank you enough for giving me my life back and believing in me.

I wouldn’t change a thing the work you do is so amazing and it helps in so many ways keep doing what you do and being the amazing people you are thank you.

The mental health nurse did my adhd screening appointment because I am seeking an adult diagnosis of adhd. I was very nervous about the appointment because I was scared about being judged, disbelieved and I had missed the initial appointment. Jason made me feel believed and was easy to talk to. I can have trouble communicating and Jason was understanding and patient with me. He handled sensitive questions really well, I didn't feel judged and I can easily feel that way. He took the time to help me remember what I needed to do after the appointment and even helped me navigate a website he referred me to.

My Councillor,was so easy to relate too. She gave me confidence without realising it, My appointments have been very beneficial. Thank you for your support @ this time when I have struggled.

Really friendly staff who quickly put you mind at ease. Staff treat you as an individual and are quick to consider any welfare concerns. Best care I have had .
