Zoey was professional and empathetic at all times. She made me feel valued and that she had a personal stake in my wellbeing and outcomes. She offered helpful solutions to some of the issues I face on a day to day basis, and allowed me the time to articulate my thoughts and fears.
Because it’s part of the survey ;)
Stress anxiety and mild depression

I was in a bad place. Had PSD, bad depression and didn’t know how to deal with it. Anxiety, fear, depression, bad sleeping, diarrhoeas, stomach problems. So I decided to go for a therapy. I figured, I have nothing to loose and I am so glad I did it. Because it helped me tremendously. The therapist truly listened, was very supportive, compassionate, kind, each session had its progress, we went through lots of my past experiences which left me stuck, and my PSD from my previous job, went through lots of deep emotions. The Therapist showed me that I can change my thought process, showed me to see things in different prospective, different light. It was a break through. I feel so much better now, relieved, liberated. And if something similar would occur in my life I have much better understanding of how to deal with it, I have much better understanding of myself in positive way. I would like to thank him very much for his help. And would definitely recommend therapy to others who suffer with similar conditions. It’s ok to talk about it, to open up, to trust, because help is out there. Thank you again.

The care giver was very helpful and considerate. I felt like he provided a care tailored to me and my needs.
The whole team were very reassuring and lovely to talk to. They listened well and this put me at ease. They acted on every symptom I mentioned and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process.
I was referred to you and Marcin contacted me. He was the first person in a very long time that listened, cared and understood and the first person in a long time to make things happen for me. It made me feel safe.
My therapist was very understanding and compassionate and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She has taught me skills to enable me to overcome certain things in my life. I did not realise how bad I was until I was so much better. A very big thank you to Alex Haynes.
