I am always treated very well by the podiatrists and it is thanks to them that I have had treatment at the hospital as well.
I received CBT for panic disorder and GAD. It was effecting my life and was making me consider being signed off sick at work because I couldn’t cope with the stress. I only felt safe at home in my bed because didn’t want to risk having a panic attack. I would also fear when the next panic attack would be.
Throughout my treatment, Eleanor Braganza was so compassionate and understanding with my condition. She 100% listened to everything that was troubling me and made me feel like I ‘wasn’t going mad’ and that I was truly suffering from mental health issues. It was like I was talking to a friend and I learnt so much about my own mental health and how to cope with day to day life. Now, I can present to people at work, drive to new places and I can cope being in uncomfortable situations- like going on the tube. Before therapy I would have panic attacks on the tube and public transport and now I can do it after exposure therapy that Eleanor led me through.

I was referred to the Ulcer Clinic at Nuffield House by Lister House since August/September 2022, and have been seeing Tim and Amanda who have both been treating my leg ulcer.
Can't fault Tim or Amanda they are very patient and any questions we have they will give us an answer, they don't sugar coat anything they have been honest with us by saying we will still have the ulcer at Christmas.
Would recommend these guys to anyone with an Ulcer.
