Jason Rog explained the process very well. I found him very welcoming and understanding with all of my concerns.
I was extremely grateful to be accepted for rTMS treatment at Brentwood Resource Centre. Throughout the six week course I have found all the staff to be courteous, efficient, professional, and compassionate, and they have made me feel welcome and relaxed at all times.
I was nervous about how my mum would be treated during assessment . Grace was very kind to her and made it not too stressful for my mum, I really appreciated that .
The Physiotherapist allowed me to explain how my problem was affecting me on a daily basis. He showed genuine interest in how I was progressing with the treatment and whether the treatment was effective for me. He was easy to talk to and made useful suggestions about how I might manage my ongoing problem. The list of exercises were effective and I know they will always come in handy in the future.
We were visiting the area from our home in Yorkshire when an old knee injury flared up - with a vengeance. I could barely walk as I couldn’t load bear on my left leg.
The guy that looked after me couldn’t have been more helpful. Sadly I didn’t get his name.
He supplied me with crutches that have made a huge difference. No fuss, no drama, just professional helpful service, and very quick too!
Very impressive
I didn't receive ANY treatment AT ALL!
I was meant to have face to face therapy and was only offered telephone therapy which isn't suitable for me as there are too many distractions at home. I rang and cancelled my phone therapy on Wednesday 5th June at around 19:00. The lady I spoke to said she would pass it on.
I also emailed therapy for you on the day I was offered the telephone therapy stating that this form of therapy is not suitable for me as I have tried it before.
I feel totally let down and ignored!
I found the sessions with Sharon have been very beneficial,
She just seemed to know by asking all the right questions what subjects to cover that I have been very unhappy with in my life.
I have learned various techniques and ways to cope with certain scenarios that may crop up from time to time and I definitely have a better understanding of my overall mental health well being.
We covered many different subjects which she skilfully targeted as needing work on and she dealt with them in a very professional manner whilst being very conscientious and caring.
Sharon always made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I always found it easy to open up to her.
I now feel more confident and to be honest a lot happiest than I did prior to the sessions starting as certain subjects we covered were highly sensitive covering childhood trauma and family issues and the index offence.
I have learned quite a lot about myself and have come to realise I am not a bad person even though my index offence was not nice.
I think Sharon is an absolute credit to the team and she is without doubt one of the kindest ladies I have ever met.
all the best
Daniel.
I felt safe and supported during these sessions.
James was an outstanding professional that knew how to speak to me on my level, he listened, understood and was compassionate. I really feel very lucky to have fallen under his care and he has helped me a lot.
Because Ethelyn was polite, kind, patient and took her time explaining to me. I felt very relaxed with Ethelyn and at all times dignity and respect was shown.
Ethelyn was very professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field.
I was very pleased with the care given today
Thank you
