Once I got through to Maggie she was extremely helpful and informative and a pleasure to deal with. She even called me back in the evening which I was very grateful for.

The challenge was identifying who it was that I needed to speak to and in making the initial connection. Following a home visit to my father from the ECP we were advised that the Memory Team would be in contact. One week on I tried to make contact Nobody seemed to know who I should be speaking to and it was necessary to repeat the story approx six times before eventually getting through to Maggie. The GP eventually gave me a number to contact. This had another couple of hurdles to jump before making connection. It did not seem very joined up.

Kelly was extremely helpful and friendly, she completely put my wife at ease as she was anxious about the appointment.

Answering as a Carer for my Daughter. The support given to her through Sonia Barnabe has been outstanding. It has changed my Daughters life and without the support she would not be on the recovery route she now finds herself.

I can't think of anything from your perspective my suggestions for improvements would relate to Mental Health Services outside Essex who have performed very poorly.

My sessions really helped me to overcome my issues. CBT was exactly the right choice for me and once I understood what I needed to do to help with the great guidance of the therapist it became easier. Each session was really constructive and helped me understand what I needed to do to help me control my anxiety. After five sessions and me doing the exercises I needed to do I feel in a completely different head space and I'm much more able to control the anxiety. Linda was absolutely amazing and has made a real difference to me.

I was treated very well and all the staff looking after me were excellent.
