The woman who gave my vaccine was very friendly and really respectful.
Felt totally at ease.
Judith was very kind and kept me up to date on my appointments. :)
Everything was good - Kay was fantastic.
I just felt supported all the time by Kay who listened and helped me when I felt no one else was bothering with me.
Sothend A&E was really good & act quickly to help me . The mental health nurses are really helpful & they've told me that i needed to start medication. Then my gp Dr. Osman (central surgery) started my therapy with lower dose then increase it & tried different approached which really help me & let me rest ,until now i'm still on medication but i felt much better now.
The team of 2 nurses came at 7.30&8pm to see my 98yr old Dad. I can honestly say that he has never been treated so professionally in his own home. They gave him the most thorough examination, exploring every avenue to enable them to find reasons for his condition. Their kindness and patience to him was wonderful. They also were very kind to me and my husband whilst we were very anxious. It was incredible to see them work. Although the last nurse left at 10pm I received a phone call later explaining that she had received the blood test results and explained she would return to see my Dad the following day. The following day my Dad had a fall just before she arrived. Again her examination, patience and kindness were exceptional . She explained everything clearly and took her time to ensure that he and me understood everything. We didn’t feel that she needed to rush off before we were totally happy with what was happening. Brilliant. I can’t praise this Team enough.
Brilliant service today and on going training to look after myself in a better way with new technology
I became very unwell with my mental health but was nervous to reach out for help. I was introduced to Alice, Helen and Simon. They were all so kind and I could feel how much they wanted to help me. It took me a while to trust them fully but I'm glad I finally did because they have helped me turn my life around. After 3 years of their support I now feel happy again and excited by what life has to offer. I can honestly say that without their help I'm not sure I would still be here. I owe my life to them. It will be incredibly hard to say goodbye to them.
Very pleased with everything many thanks
i have 2 daughters who both attend speech therapy in Hadleigh and Rayleigh clinics by Jenny, Jo & Katy and all three staff members have been great, they have really helped boost my 10yr olds confidence and helped give advice of activities we can do at home to improve speech and understanding speech, thanks sooo much ladies!
