In the past month I experienced the stay in the hospital and I can say that I was impressed how well I was treated by the medical staff. The nurses were kind, helpful and very friendly. I want to thank to Doctor Mo who treated my case with kindness and compassion. He offered me a great support when I was at my lowest and worked every day to ensure that all my needs are met. He was responsive every single time when my husband and I had an enquiry. Doctor Mo is a professional who cares about his patients and is committed to provide the best care for them. I am grateful that I met Doctor Mo who helped me to go through a difficult time in life.

The service has definitely Helped me with my situation. While the online CBT was ok (generic), the In person (over phone) sessions changed things.

Less of a delay in starting phone sessions. After first contacting you, would have been nice, but understandable as you are busy.

Caitlin was excellent. She listened and made me feel valued and respected. She always got back to me when she said she would, as a result of this I felt confident and was able to trust her.

The time waiting for appointments for assessments after referral by Caitlin.

Have a sign on the door to let you know they are with a patient - you don’t know if they know you are there or not
