I knew I had a appointment and was on the waiting list for months so I was glad when I had one finally booked. When I was called it was only one ring, how do you except me to pick up so quickly. I don’t know whether it was the therapist who did that on purpose or whether my phone or service. But have a email saying I’ve been discontinued and will not be having another appointment is disappointing. This is why the NHS is failing mental health very badly! The suicide rates are high because of you lot! I waited for so long for my appointment and now you have disclosed everything is disgusting. Shame on you all. If I don’t wake up some day it’s because of you all !

Really attentive and really easy to talk to which is something I find tricky, explained everything so I would understand

Facility for physio services located in Community Hospital in Saffron Walden. Extremely convenient. Every confidence in staff.

A bit of a luxury but it might have been reassuring if the reception could have been manned.

I have had a very positive experience with the service. Alex was kind, mindful, knowledgeable and compassionate, reassuring me I’m doing well since our first appointment together. Alex was very personable too, I felt as ease opening up about my mental heath with her. She advised me that I can always re-engage with her if necessary and if she is available to keep continuity where possible.

In my personal view, I couldn’t have asked to treated more fairly.

I had complete faith in my therapist. Drawing out, feeding back on relevant issues, allowing me time to reflect. She was supportive, compassionate empathetic, working at my pace, flexible to my changing weekly needs. I felt trust,that allowed me open up and reveal painful memories.

I can't think of anything that could've been improved on.

Amanda was really supportive and listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed (unlike other services) - I had an extremely positive experience with Amanda - Thanks very much!

I wasn't sure what the appointment was going to consist of. For someone with anxiety this was quite anxiety inducing - I think it would be helpful to have a bit more information in the initial appointment text I received. I guess for some people too much information may be overwhelming, but maybe there could be a link to a webpage with more information?!

I saw Zoe and Jenny today as I am at the start of treatment. Both were very lovely and answered all my questions in detail and made sure I was happy with all the information I was given.
