It was very difficult and stressful trying to be seen initially. I was taken off the list because I did not answer a {}number. This resulted in a long wait and numerous calls to many different people. I wish departments were more joined up.

Suggested improvements
To have been seen earlier and given diagnosed sooner. I would especially like to thank Lauren staff for her patience and understanding.
