Becca was brilliant from the outset. She allowed me time to express my thoughts and feelings. She looked at the bigger picture, physical and mental, implemented changes and supported me throughout

No issues with the service. Any issue was at the GP end not supplying the correct medication in a timely fashion.

Throughout, I was treated with nothing but kindness, consideration and patience. I was presented with all of the information I needed in a way that was easy for me to understand, and I felt completely supported using it to take my recovery at my own pace. Despite my usual anxiety surrounding phone calls, I always felt calm and comfortable during my sessions. I was very glad to be asked about my preferred name and pronouns at the beginning of the treatment. It was very meaningful to not just have my identity accepted, but to be asked about it proactively.

No criticisms come to mind. The service and my treatment met or exceeded any expectations I had.
