Review of Essex Children's Immunisation Team - Mid Essex
8th June 2024

I could not have asked for a more positive experience. My daughter was very nervous about having an injection but Gillian was amazing. She put my daughter at ease and was very kind and friendly towards her. She is a true asset to your organisation.

Review of Therapy for You (NHS Talking Therapies) NE Essex
8th June 2024

My counsellor was very easy to talk to and I felt cared for. The materials sent to me were useful. The appointment system worked well.

Suggested improvements
As my issue was related to driving anxiety it is not going to be resolved quickly. I work long hours and I am limited on the amount of time I have to go out driving to work on this issue. I would have preferred if the appointments were every fortnight rather than every week as it would have given me a better chance to achieve more of my plan due to the time constraints that I have.

Review of Therapy for You (NHS Talking Therapies) Castlepoint & Rochford
8th June 2024

My therapist, Ian was very kind and understanding. He cared very deeply about helping me at the most dreadful time of my life. I am still not coping as well as I should die to PTSD. Ian is a credit to his profession.iI

Suggested improvements
I'm not sure what could be done better. All I know is that I feel very lost at the moment. Therapy has ended after many sessions and ii feel quite empty.

Review of Primary Care Mental Health Team - North East
7th June 2024

Becca was brilliant from the outset. She allowed me time to express my thoughts and feelings. She looked at the bigger picture, physical and mental, implemented changes and supported me throughout

Suggested improvements
No issues with the service. Any issue was at the GP end not supplying the correct medication in a timely fashion.

Review of Therapy for You (NHS Talking Therapies) NE Essex

Throughout, I was treated with nothing but kindness, consideration and patience. I was presented with all of the information I needed in a way that was easy for me to understand, and I felt completely supported using it to take my recovery at my own pace. Despite my usual anxiety surrounding phone calls, I always felt calm and comfortable during my sessions. I was very glad to be asked about my preferred name and pronouns at the beginning of the treatment. It was very meaningful to not just have my identity accepted, but to be asked about it proactively.

Suggested improvements
No criticisms come to mind. The service and my treatment met or exceeded any expectations I had.
