Sonia was very good at identifying my problems and giving me good advice on how to solve them . She treated me with respect and kindness and I am very grateful for her help.

I could have done with more appointments to continue with the progress I have made.

Kelly and her student were courteous, professional and understanding. My mum was very nervous about being tested and I felt Kelly put her at ease. Both professionals were very friendly and helpful whilst maintaining and retrieving info. they needed to write up an assessment. It felt like she was a friend listening to their lives rather than an assessment so relaxed both parents.Next steps were clearly provided to parents and shared with me.

I spoke with Sharon jones and she was Extremely helpful and was very understanding and has put me forward to alot of help which I am very thankful for

I can only say about the lady I spoke with today Sharon jones was complete lovely and very helpful I have nothing to add that could make her any better she was amazing thank you

I just want to say a huge thank you to Claire for how she dealt with our autistic son, she was so patient with him and we really appreciate that she managed to vaccinate him!

Representatives from the team were considerate and kind and fully understood my needs. I was treated with the utmost respect and was told at all times what was going on and why. They were both cheerful and put me at ease. Excellent.
