Pilates class (course of 4) was run extremely well and has given me confidence to help manage my back pain. The course was run in such a way that I was challenged but also felt I was able to skip exercises on some weeks when my back pain was too much to do the challenging exercises.
Suggested improvements
Nothing - on this occasion everything was excellent.
