Alex is a credit to your team and I really enjoy working with her after 2 sessions. I anticipate I will continue to work with her over the coming weeks. She has given me the reassurance and reinforcement I needed to take more responsibility for my own recovery beyond the referral for long term therapy. Very professional, personable and empathetic. I mentioned also how I was really pleased with the way all services shared my case information with each other.

Friendly support staff the made me feel comfortable

Mostly I found the care of the SCFT faultless, but on one occasion I did feel a little bit wound up about attending groups, I have not wanted to attend any groups, but on one occasion I did feel as if my care coordinator pressurised me a bit.

I think you could of listened more to your client.

Daphne was so good. I feel like I’ll miss her. I have never felt so comfortable with a therapist before. She has helped me so much and I feel in a better place from speaking with her. She’s so understanding and knew just what to say when I was feeling emotional. Appreciate the service so much.

The 6 weeks gave me a safe space to share personal feelings about supporting my daughter, and help to reflect on how to support her better, and space to ask questions about what to expect going forward and how to respond positively.
