My therapist was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. She was flexible and on the ball. I fell that I have made huge progress and wish her well.
Suggested improvements
Maybe get down to business straight away, cutting out the introductory talk, or only do it in the first session and have an option to just give permission once and for all.
