Lyndsey and Emily explained each part of the care program to me so that I could fully play my part - essential for my recovery.
Our sessions were always filled with good humor (which of course makes it easier to complete the tasks) and the results were always effective - a tribute to their skills.
Visit days were always a pleasure!
Suggested improvements
I am completely satisfied with the Community Stroke Team (Early Supported Discharged) program, and especially the staff - my visitors and the office team.
I cannot think of anything the Team could have done better.
