I would like to recognise Nicole Dredge. Nicole is an exceptional Speech and Language Therapist who puts a lot of thought and care into the sessions that she plans. Nicole knows my Son well and understands him and his way of learning which means that each session is specially tailored with his needs and interests in mind to keep him engaged and to optimise his progression - which he has shown us evidence of since attending. My Son always enjoys seeing Nicole and is very comfortable in her company, I personally take lot from the sessions too which I can then put into practice at home. Nicole is an asset to the NHS and I am very grateful for her ongoing support.
