My therapist was absolutely brilliant with me, she gave me time to explain in my own way, taught me that it's actually ok to ask for help no matter how hard. Gave me a voice when I honestly didn't feel heard and was so patient with me, also very caring.

You all do an absolute fantastic job, just continue doing what you all do.
