Linda Sherwin provided my therapy.
Linda was brilliant. She really listened to what I was struggling with so we could personalise strategies to my situation.
Despite having accessed therapy before, the three new strategies/approaches we covered will make a significant difference to how I approach anxious situations at work.
The 30 minutes for our sessions were always very well utilised with supporting resources emailed to me the same day.
I am very grateful for the support I received from Linda.
