The mh nurse was patient, kind, caring and considerate. She listened to my concerns regarding my mental health and asked me what I feel would help and what support I feel I needed then went above and beyond to get the support in place. She was amazing, never judged, and explained in great detail then asked if I feel the therapy/refferal/support group would help.

Philippa was excellent throughout. She showed compassion and understanding when I struggled with wanting to avoid some of the more anxiety inducing elements of the therapy but gave me the push when I need it. And I am so grateful that she did as it has made the world of difference for me. There was a point before starting therapy I couldn't imagine ever not being scared of noises/fire again and now I am back to living my life rather than avoiding it. Thankyou so much Philippa.

Dr Kim Young has excelled in her care for me. Her approach has been warm and inviting, which enabled me to feel at ease from the outset. She provided a safe space for me to speak my truth without prejudice, and the respite provided was second to none. Her input has been instrumental in my recovery and I wouldn't have found the correct path without her.
