My physiotherapist was brilliant! A very pleasant and happy man while also remaining professional when treating me. He gave me time to talk without me feeling rushed. I was given good advice on the exercises I was given and on my final session advise on preventing similar injuries occurring again. I am extremely happy with the care I received. Also the reception staff were vert pleasant and happy to help. On one occasion I came in rushed and the lady offered to get me a drink of water which I was very grateful for. All in all a very pleasant experience considering my painful injury.

I think Rose was understanding of how my issues were affecting my mood. She has helped me gain a lot more clarity in how I can resolve and deal with these issues. She was very empathic to my feelings and has given me much more control over the problems that I have to deal with. I am extremely grateful for all the help she has given me.

I think that the online form that I was requested to complete prior to each session need rethinking because the options given were sometimes very vague and it was difficult to choose the appropriate answer.

This was my first time of seeing a diabetic Specialist nurse and found out many new Things about eating properly and losing weight I’m open to suggestions for keeping my medication on the right track and weight loss My doctor has never given me much Information or advice.

My experience was excellent and don’t think You could improve the information I was provided

Fran was exceptional therapist very kind and a fantastic listener and has helped me turn my life around and now moving forward the way I cope with things at the end i could not thank her enough. I felt very safe during therapy sessions. The service was second to none and the aftercare support gave me the confidence to go it alone knowing that if i needed to I could call the team. Just a big thankl you and keep up the good work.

I can find fault on the service great job everyone.
