I always use the Runwell Vaccination Centre because it is well run; easy to access and the staff/volunteers are always friendly and efficient.

Everything was perfect. The team were friendly, helpful and efficient!

There was a wheelchair ramp at the entrance but those at the exit were blocked by temporary pedestrian barriers. This was not a big issue for me pushing my wife’s chair but other wheelchair users might find it a problem.

It was well organised & quick.

The leaflet we were given afterwards said that we needed to read it before the injection, although they did ask questions it might be beneficial to have a shortened version with key points that you can quickly read upon entry at the first point of call.

Friendly and helpful staff who took time to put you at ease and explain the new vaccines advantages in terms of dealing with the latest strains of COVID-19.

It's an overall excellent service, thank you. Can't think of anything that could have been done better.
