Because staff were friendly on arrival but appointment time was late leaving us feeling a little frustrated and late for other errands
Suggested improvements
Try to keep to appointment times and I know it’s difficult for the receptionist but allocating time to solely talking to you at the deck when you arrive rather than talking on the phone and to other members of staff which would make you feel supported and important from the moment you step through the door
