The course was very good, great communication The book is very helpful and has given me good information and guidance Both Catherine and Alex were very clear and friendly It has been a good education for me I am very confident I can now make the changes to improve my health

Would have enjoyed more recipes in the book but this is not a big issue lots of books and recipes online
