Hi feel the southend liaison team treat me as a person and not just a number I feel supported by all the team and I am worked with, with my care plan and the treatments and options going forward.
I cannot fault the service unlike some units I've visited the support I get in my time of crisis is incredible.
Suggested improvements
Unfortunately there isn't anything that could have been done better apart from different units working to the same standard.
