We travelled to the lodge in Wickford to have my daughter’s HPV vaccination she is prone to fainting and she was treated so well by nurse Sally. She handled the vaccine well. And didn’t have any problems and managed to leave with good confidence.

Couldn’t get a therapist to actually go through with the therapy

My therapist has been absolutely fantastic. I have received great support, care and overall service from Sam. I would highly recommend the service to anyone who is still on the fence and wondering if therapy can help them. The answer is yes, it can.. they just need to trust the process and reach out.

It would be helpful if the face to face sessions could be also offered outside of 9-5 Mon - Fri timeframes. For some it could be difficult or out of possibility to accommodate those sessions due to the conflict with their own working arrangements. Exploring more flexibility with it would be recommended.

Appointment was rescheduled for my child to feel more comfortable having the immunisation, nurse was really kind and chatty helped made him feel at ease. Text messages were sent to remind if appointment etc.

Couldn't have asked for more! The team were outstanding and are an absolute credit to the NHS and Mental Health department!!! Thank you all so much for your support. So caring and understanding and gave me everything I needed to make a full recovery and come back even stronger!

Simone was absolutely fantastic, I'm so grateful to of had the pleasure to work with her. In my 6 sessions we accomplished so much and I see so much growth in myself and am thankful for the tools she's gave me. She created a safe space for me to be able to feel vulnerable In sharing, and was a really good listener. She was empathetic, compassionate, kind, everything you could ask for In a coach. Thank you so much!

Exceptional care and attention to my son today . He was really nervous having had nightmare stories from his school friends. He came out from his appointment with a smile ☺️ Thank you to the lovely team at Witham ❤️
